Thomas Jachemczyk is an associate at Aboulafia Law Firm, where he represents commercial and private clients involved in property damage and insurance coverage claims against insurance companies, brokers and agents, contractors, real estate developers, and other property owners.
Thomas joined the firm after a successful one-year internship during his final year at law school and is now using his experience to continue providing exemplary work and outstanding results for his clients and the firm.
Thomas is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Federal Courts sitting in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Thomas obtained his juris doctorate degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University; and his undergraduate degree from Plymouth State University where he majored in criminal justice. During his time in law school, Thomas served as a Senior Associate of the Pace International Law Review and provided pro bono legal services to small businesses in the Hudson Valley through the Food Farm Business Law Clinic.
